He didn't wake up...

It had been a while since I had seen "Edward Scissorhands", so I suggested to my mother that we'd watch it. We did...and I was blown away. There are few movies that really get me pumping, that give me characters I cheered for and those I just wanted to strangle. I felt truly into it; everything was so real to me and I can't put a finger on it as to why it is.
The movie was so depressing and so deep. It may have a creepy style to it, but if anyone can turn a Gothic, eerie setting into something deep and charming, Tim Burton can.
Just the innocent, sad look on Edward's face breaks my heart.
Kusos, Drac; you made an amazing piece in tribute to such a moving film.
